Mouth-watering  pralines with a fluffy chocolate ganache.

Step by Step method

  • In a pan bring the cream gradually to boiling then add the black and milk chocolate previously finely cut. In order to better melt it. Mix till obtaining a soft cream.

  • Once cold whisk the mix for 10 minutes with the electric mixer. The blend will slowly became lighter and more solid.

  • After that, leave it in the fridge for 12 hours.

  • The mix is then ready to process.

  • Make small balls, with the help of two table spoon. Then with your hand roll each praline in the different coating, you previously prepared.

  • Display in a nice tray and put them back in the fridge for 30 minutes. They won't last long! Too good!

Tips & variations

  • Consume within 5 days.
