Mouth-watering pralines with a fluffy chocolate ganache.
Step by Step method

In a pan bring the cream gradually to boiling then add the black and milk chocolate previously finely cut. In order to better melt it. Mix till obtaining a soft cream.

Once cold whisk the mix for 10 minutes with the electric mixer. The blend will slowly became lighter and more solid.

After that, leave it in the fridge for 12 hours.

The mix is then ready to process.

Make small balls, with the help of two table spoon. Then with your hand roll each praline in the different coating, you previously prepared.

Display in a nice tray and put them back in the fridge for 30 minutes. They won't last long! Too good!
