Step by Step method

  • Hollow out each tomato,removing the pulp inside.

  • Cook the rice in cold water for 10 minutes.

  • Mix the rice with some of the tomatoes pulp, olive oil, salt, pepper, and tumeric

  • Then fill each tomato with the mixture.

  • Place them in a tray with some olive oil and put them in the oven at 180 degrees.

Tips & variations

  • Exquisite if you add some potatoes in the tray together with tomatoes!
