Step by Step method

Hollow out each tomato,removing the pulp inside.

Cook the rice in cold water for 10 minutes.

Mix the rice with some of the tomatoes pulp, olive oil, salt, pepper, and tumeric

Then fill each tomato with the mixture.

Place them in a tray with some olive oil and put them in the oven at 180 degrees.
