Easy to make, many possible variations, great for finger foods parties!
Wash and cut the steam of the mushrooms.
In a bowl mix the breadcrumbs with some parsley a bit of garlic finely cut, salt pepper and oil. And last but not least the walnuts crushed.
Toss the mushroom caps with olive oil. Fill each mushroom with the stuffing, and place on a baking sheet. Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Add some olive oil on the top if they are too dry before serving them, serve them preferably warm.
