Step by Step method

  • Wash and cut the steam of the mushrooms.

  • In a bowl mix the breadcrumbs with some parsley a bit of garlic finely cut, salt pepper and oil. And last but not least the walnuts crushed.

  • Toss the mushroom caps with olive oil. Fill each mushroom with the stuffing, and place on a baking sheet. Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.

  • Add some olive oil on the top if they are too dry before serving them, serve them preferably warm.
