Step by Step method

  • Peel and boil the potatoes. Wash and cook the spinach in a pan with some garlic and olive oil.

  • In a bowl mix the egg with the garlic and the parsley both finely cut. Add the grated parmesan.

  • Once spinach and potatoes are cooked, squash them finely and mix them with the egg blend.

  • Add the breadcrumbs, turmeric, onion, salt and pepper.

  • Check the consistency which has to be compact semi-solid and start making some flat burger shape. Use a glass to make them rounded. Use flour to make them less sticky.

  • In a pan heat some oil and cook the burgers on both sides till browning them on the outside.
