Peel and boil the potatoes. Wash and cook the spinach in a pan with some garlic and olive oil.
In a bowl mix the egg with the garlic and the parsley both finely cut. Add the grated parmesan.
Once spinach and potatoes are cooked, squash them finely and mix them with the egg blend.
Add the breadcrumbs, turmeric, onion, salt and pepper.
Check the consistency which has to be compact semi-solid and start making some flat burger shape. Use a glass to make them rounded. Use flour to make them less sticky.
