Spinach mozzarella-cheese gluten-free pastry

A gluten-free puff pastry, savoury spinach and mozzarella pie. A hint of flavour with the addition of prosciutto cotto!

Step by Step method

  • Wash and cook the spinach in a pan with some oil and a clove of garlic.

  • In a chopping board cut the ham and the mozzarella.

  • Chop the spinach and mix with the mozzarella and the ham, add some salt pepper and olive oil.

  • Place the puff pastry in a tray and put the filling. Fold it.

  • Beat the egg and brush the pastry over the edge.

  • Place the tray in the oven at 180 degree for about 10 minutes.

  • When the pastry is golden brown is ready. Take it out from the oven and serve.
