A gluten-free puff pastry, savoury spinach and mozzarella pie. A hint of flavour with the addition of prosciutto cotto!
Wash and cook the spinach in a pan with some oil and a clove of garlic.
In a chopping board cut the ham and the mozzarella.
Chop the spinach and mix with the mozzarella and the ham, add some salt pepper and olive oil.
Place the puff pastry in a tray and put the filling. Fold it.
Beat the egg and brush the pastry over the edge.
Place the tray in the oven at 180 degree for about 10 minutes.
When the pastry is golden brown is ready. Take it out from the oven and serve.
