Step by Step method

  • Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, yeast and Parmesan. Gradually add the eggs, oil and salt. Continue mixing. Add the ham, olives and milk and finally the drained mozzarella and cherry tomatoes.

  • Pour the pastry into a tray lined with greased cake papers. Use two tablespoons per cake.

  • Cook in the oven at 180°c for about 30 minutes.

  • Serve chilled
