Delicious savoury sponges to eat any time of day with your aperitivo or as antipasto!
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, yeast and Parmesan. Gradually add the eggs, oil and salt. Continue mixing. Add the ham, olives and milk and finally the drained mozzarella and cherry tomatoes.
Cook in the oven at 180°c for about 30 minutes.
Serve chilled
