Step by Step method

  • Cut each sliced veal in two and lay on each piece half slice of ham and one sage leaf.

  • Stop each piece with a toothpick.

  • Heat a frying pan over a medium heat with some olive oil.

  • Place saltimbocca in the pan and cook for about 10/15 minutes adding the white wine, a pinch of salt and some pepper.

Tips & variations

  • They are delicious served with potatoes purée
