Step by Step method

  • Roll the pastry and cut it in slices of about 4 cm for 25 cm long

  • Peel wash and cut the potatoes in very thin slices, and display them along the stripe you cut as shown in the picture

  • Then add the pesto and the ham slice

  • Repeat for easch stripe.

  • Roll to form a rose and display in a case paper

  • Put the in the muffin tray ready for the oven

Tips & variations

  • One variation could be using courgettes instead of potatoes or bacon instead of ham. Or tomato paste instead of the pesto
