Step by Step method

  • Mix all the ingredients, except the pineapple, in a pan. Boil for a few minutes. Cool down and filter the water.

  • Clean and cut the pineapple with the help of a slicer. As if you were cutting a slice of ham or salami! Very thin.

  • Put the slices in the spicy water for about 4-5 hours and leave them covered in the fridge.

  • Drain the slices and put them in a nice plate. Serve them with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream, fruits of the forest and a sprinkle of icing sugar.
