Simple but delicious.
In frying pan put some olive oil, bacon and onion and fry till bacon is crisp and onion is softened.
Add frozen peas, don t bother to defrost them, cover and cook for about 30 minutes. Add some water if you see they dry up too quickly. Then serve with crunchy bacon on the top,when cooked.
There is no need to put much salt because of the bacon.
