Really tasty potatoes simply pierced with toohpick. My version of angels on horseback!

Ingredients

Step by Step method

  • Peel, wash and cut the potatoes in very thin slices.

  • Preheat the oven at 200 degrees. Pierce a slice of potato in the toothpick and spaced it with the bacon cube

  • Add the pepper in order to stick it with the potatoes, and the salt.

  • Keep going with the same method, for the rest of the potatoes, once ready sprinkle with a very little of olive oil and cook in the oven rack. At 200 degrees.

Tips & variations

  • Raw ham is excellent too instead of the bacon.
