Really tasty potatoes simply pierced with toohpick. My version of angels on horseback!
Peel, wash and cut the potatoes in very thin slices.
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees. Pierce a slice of potato in the toothpick and spaced it with the bacon cube
Add the pepper in order to stick it with the potatoes, and the salt.
Keep going with the same method, for the rest of the potatoes, once ready sprinkle with a very little of olive oil and cook in the oven rack. At 200 degrees.
Raw ham is excellent too instead of the bacon.
