Step by Step method

  • Wash and dry the sage leaves.

  • Cut the onion in rings. Prepare the batter mixing the beer and the flour. Try and not form lumps.

  • Dip the onion rings and the sage leaves in the batter.

  • Deep fry for about six minutes.

  • Serve still warm with some salt on the top,

  • Use cold beer from the fridge.
