Step by Step method

  • Melt the brewers yeast in water and mix with the rest of the ingredients.

  • Knead until smooth and elastic then cut the dough into pieces, and shape each into into a ball by folding and tucking.

  • Place the little bread balls in a tray and spray with some water. Leave to puff up for 30 minutes, in the oven where you previously placed a pot with boiling water.

  • After that, heat the oven temperature at 220 degrees keeping the pot with the water inside the oven.

  • Bake the rolls in the oven for 30 minutes. Ready to eat warm and crunchy.

Tips & variations

  • Nice and crusty when warm. Needs to be warm up the next day.
