Melt the brewers yeast in water and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
Knead until smooth and elastic then cut the dough into pieces, and shape each into into a ball by folding and tucking.
After that, heat the oven temperature at 220 degrees keeping the pot with the water inside the oven.
Bake the rolls in the oven for 30 minutes. Ready to eat warm and crunchy.
Nice and crusty when warm. Needs to be warm up the next day.
