Step by Step method

In a bowl mix all the ingredients together.

Blend till you obtain a uniform mixture.

With a piece of paper rub a pan with a teaspoon of olive oil or butter, then heat it, for about a minute. Repeat for each crepe, using the same paper.

Put a ladle of the mixture in the pan, then cook it for about two minutes. As shown in the picture.

Cook each crepe for about two minutes . Then serve with some custer sugar on the top.
Tips & variations

You can easily use alternative milks such as rice and almond, don t put any sugar in the last case.
Dressing can be different too, using jam, banana or ice cream!
