Easy crunchy and fragrant biscuits to have with your tea.
Mix the eggs with the icing sugar, then add the butter and flour.
Roll out the pastry and use a cookie cutter to make the shapes Pair up the shapes and make a hole in the centre of one cookie from each pair.
Fill each intact cookie with a teaspoon of jam and place the cookie with a hole in it on top.
Cook the biscuits in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°c.
Serve sprinkled with icing sugar or cocoa powder.
