Step by Step method

  • In a pan warm up the frozen artichokes with a clove of garlic and olive oil.

  • In the meantime grill the slice of bread.

  • Place the bread on a plate and put the artichokes on the top. Add olive oil salt and pepper. Last but not least the grated Parmesan.

Tips & variations

  • If you use fresh artichokes it will take more to clean and cook them.
