Divine and scrumptious omelette with spinach, stuffed with ham and cheese

Step by Step method

  • Wash and cook the spinach in a pan with a clove of garlic and some olive oil. Stir fry.

  • In a bowl beat the eggs, add a pinch of salt, pepper and milk, then the spinach finely cut. Place the mix in a rectangular tray with greaseproof paper underneath.

  • Put in the oven for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

  • Once cooked leave it, till it cools down. Place it in a clean greaseproof paper then start to spread the goat cheese.

  • Add the ham on top of it.

  • Roll it with the help of the paper and form a cilinder. Leave in the fridge like this for a couple of hours.

  • Slice it and serve.
