Step by Step method

  • Cut the onions very finely and brown them in a pan with some olive oil.

  • In a bowl start mixing the flour the yeast and the grated parmesan.

  • Add all the rest of ingredients and mix. Cut the anchovy very finely. And add the onions and the olive oil too.

  • Place the mix in the muffin baking tray previously buttered, and place in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. Ready!
