Step by Step method

  • Peel and wash the potatoes and wash the courgette, then grate both very finely, in a bowl.

  • Add to the mixture the eggs, the flour, the parmesan, salt olive oil and last but not least a hint of mint leaves. And mix.

  • Display the mixture in the tray , previously oiled, a handful on each space trying to form a little ball.

  • Then cook in the oven at 180 degrees.

Tips & variations

  • To help yourself making the ball put some flour on your hand, while you are working on it. They will be less sticky.
