Very easy orange cake, it taste delicious, the bitterness of the zest make it even nicer absolutely organic and no butter!
In a bowl mix the eggs with the sugar.
Then add the water, the juice of the two oranges, the grated zest of one of them, the oil.
Gradually put the flour, the potato starch and last but not least the baking powder. Keep mixing to obtain a consistent, uniform blend.
Place in a baking tray previously buttered and put in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
When ready dust some icing sugar on the top. Ready to eat!
Instead of the sunflower oil you can use extra virgin olive oil oil. Toasted flaked almonds are an excellent addition to put on the top.
