Classic puffy savoury piadina made using only chickpea flour – suitable for everybody.

Step by Step method

  • Mix the water in a bowl with the olive oil, then gradually add the chickpea flour trying not to form clumps.

  • Add the rosemary, salt and pepper.

  • Leave the liquid to rest for at least half an hour.

  • Mix it again and pour the liquid into a large oven tray lined with greased greaseproof paper.

  • Cook in the oven at 180-200°c for 40 minutes until you see a little golden crust forming on the top.

  • Ready to serve
