Simple and easy cheese scones. With parmesan!

Step by Step method

  • In a bowl combine the ingredients. Sift the flour to make sure it has no lumps. Then add the yeast and the milk.

  • Add the grated parmesan and keep mixing till forming a dough.

  • Give them the shape you like and display them in a tray previously oiled. The dough is then coated with beaten egg.

  • Bake in the preheated oven, at 220 degrees for 15min.
