Soft and fluffy baked pumpkin bundt cake perfect for the autumn season!
Cut and clean the pulp of the pumpkin, stem cooking it. Then blend adding gradually some water.
In a bowl sift the flour, add the yeast, the sugar, salt, and the oil. Mix the dough adding the pumpkin cream.
Mix the dough with a food processor for 10-15 minutes. Then place the dough in a bowl previously floured. Cover with a clean dish towel and leave for 2 hours in a warm place.
Place then the dough in a buttered bundt pan and leave to rise for 30 minutes.
