Divine and scrumptious omelette with spinach, stuffed with ham and cheese
Wash and cook the spinach in a pan with a clove of garlic and some olive oil. Stir fry.
In a bowl beat the eggs, add a pinch of salt, pepper and milk, then the spinach finely cut. Place the mix in a rectangular tray with greaseproof paper underneath.
