Cut the onions very finely and brown them in a pan with some olive oil.
In a bowl start mixing the flour the yeast and the grated parmesan.
Add all the rest of ingredients and mix. Cut the anchovy very finely. And add the onions and the olive oil too.
Place the mix in the muffin baking tray previously buttered, and place in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. Ready!
